At James Divine Interiors we are proud of the high level of service we offer to all of our customers, whether over the phone, via email and of course in person. Our sales team will be available to guide you through all aspects of our kitchens, bathrooms and fitted furniture. Below is a list of all the services we provide as standard and our service can be worked out to suit individual needs.
Free Advice - Visit our showroom, enjoy a tea or coffee and browse around our displays and chat in a relaxed environment with a member of our team about your requirements.
Free Site Survey - A member of our design and installations team - with over 30 years experience in the industry - will visit you at your home at a time to suit you and conduct a professional site survey, noting measurements, dimensions along with your ideal requirements.
Free Design - We work with you to create a design of your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and will create a number of designs - if necessary - until you are completely happy with the lay out of your chosen room.
Free Quotation - we will calculate the cost of your new purchase whether it is on a supply only basis or supply and install. We are more than happy to change or amend our quotations until you are completely satisfied with your product specification that suits your budget.
Your Order - When you confirm your order, we ask for a deposit and will not ask for any further payments until we deliver your goods ready for installation.
Your Products - Where possible we aim to check your products when we receive them from our suppliers to ensure they are free from damage and match your expectations.
Free Delivery within 25 miles - Whether your order is supply only or supply and install, we offer to deliver complete orders free of charge within a 25-mile radius of our showroom address. (A minimum order applies)
Your Installation - Should you wish to use our installation team, we will agree a mutually convenient future date to commence work, where we aim to arrive on site by 8.30an to begin your installation.
Project Management - Using our installation team means that we will project manage every step of your installation from start to finish. We recommend this to ensure all aspects (such as electrics, plastering, building, painting, tiling etc.) are managed and co-ordinated by us, thereby taking any stress and anxiety away from you, the customer. Should any problems arise, we can deal with them promptly and efficiently. All of our installers receive regular product training and are fully insured.
After Sales - Once your installation is complete we continue to treat you as our customer and will happily respond to any queries you may have, no matter how trivial you think they may be.
Your Guarantee - All of our installations come with a 12month workmanship guarantee along with the product guarantees provided by individual manufacturers.
